Corrections
Clinical guidance evolves and our pages need to keep pace with it. This page describes how we keep content current and how we handle errors when we find them.
How we keep content current
Every page on Little Roots carries a last reviewed date. That date reflects the most recent clinical review by Dr. Anthony Pellegrino. When guidance changes, whether from new research, updated AAP recommendations, or revised clinical scales, the affected pages are updated and the review date moves forward.
If you spot an error
Email [email protected] with the page URL and what you believe is incorrect. We welcome corrections from parents, clinicians, and researchers. We respond within 7 business days.
What we do when we update
- The page is edited and the last reviewed date moves to the date of the new review.
- The previous version is preserved in our version history. We do not silently overwrite what we said.
Our standard
Educational content for parents has to be accurate before it is anything else. If something on this site is wrong, we want to know, fix it, and say so clearly.
